Wheel It is a Where2Wheel marketplace powered by Cliqket. This notice supplements the Cliqket Privacy Policy, which explains how Nerdbeak, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and protects information across the platform.

Information used by Wheel It

Wheel It may receive account and contact details, booking and payment status, participant and passenger information, vehicle details, required form responses, document signatures, support messages, community submissions, and trail or park reports. Payment-card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored by Wheel It.

How information is used

Information is used to operate accounts and bookings, verify event requirements, issue tickets, provide event updates, support document signing, respond to support requests, moderate community content, prevent fraud, and improve the marketplace.

Private-property information

Some ride locations are private property. Public pages may show only an approximate location. The exact address and arrival instructions are released only according to the booking's stated access rule. Recipients must not republish or reuse a private address as permission for future access.

Sharing

Information may be shared with Cliqket, Stripe, the applicable event operator, and service providers only as needed to operate the platform, process a booking, satisfy legal obligations, protect safety, or resolve a support issue. Public community submissions and profile content are visible according to the sharing choices presented when posted.
