Terms of Service

Effective September 2, 2026

These Wheel It Terms supplement the Cliqket Terms of Service. By using Wheel It, creating an account, submitting community content, or booking a ride, you agree to both sets of terms. If an event listing states additional requirements, those event-specific terms also apply to that booking.

Accounts and information

Provide accurate account, participant, passenger, and vehicle information. Keep your credentials secure and do not impersonate another person, misuse private-property information, or attempt to bypass marketplace safeguards.

Trail and park information

Community trail reports, maps, access notes, conditions, and third-party links may change and may be incomplete. Verify current access, closures, permits, vehicle rules, and conditions with the land manager or operator before travel. A directory listing is not permission to enter private property.

Bookings and payments

Bookings and payments must remain attached to the Wheel It order. The price, capacity, cancellation terms, vehicle requirements, arrival instructions, and included services shown at checkout apply to that booking. Payments are processed through Stripe under the applicable Cliqket and Stripe terms.

Safety, waivers, and conduct

Off-road driving involves inherent risks, including serious injury, death, vehicle damage, changing terrain, weather, and recovery operations. Follow the event team's instructions, posted property rules, vehicle and equipment requirements, and all applicable laws. Required participant forms and agreements must be completed before ticket issuance or attendance. A booking may be refused when requirements are not met or conduct threatens people, property, or access.

Cancellations and changes

Each listing states its cancellation and refund terms. If Wheel It or the operator cancels or cannot provide the booked access, the affected order will be handled according to the listing policy and applicable law. Trail, weather, and safety conditions may require route, schedule, or access changes.

Community content

You remain responsible for content you submit and must have permission to share it. Do not post illegal, dangerous, fraudulent, infringing, harassing, private, or misleading material. Wheel It and Cliqket may moderate or remove content and restrict accounts to protect the community and platform.
