Badin Lake OHV Trail Complex
Art Lilley Campground and Trailhead, Troy, NC 27371
About this trail
Badin Lake's OHV trails in Uwharrie National Forest offer wooded, rocky routes ranging from easy to extremely difficult for full-size four-wheel-drive vehicles and other permitted off-road vehicles. The map marks Art Lilley, one of the Forest Service's recommended starting trailheads. Obtain an OHV pass, carry the current map and recovery equipment, and stay on marked two-way trails. Avoid starting at the eastern end of Daniel Trail if you are inexperienced or driving a stock vehicle. Motorized use closes seasonally from December 15 through March 31. Check current notices before travelling; vehicle recovery is your responsibility.
