About this trail
Glade Run near Farmington combines sandstone rock-crawling terrain, sandy washes and rolling desert hills. Vehicle access depends on the use zone: the southern area permits open OHV riding, while the northern area limits travel to designated routes and vehicle types. Use BLM's current maps and posted signs. The map pin identifies the recreation area, not a specific entrance; follow agency directions from Pinon Hills Boulevard via Glade Road, also called County Road 1980. Overnight stays require a permit. Bring water and check weather, event closures and road conditions before visiting.
