Ride shifting sand dunes in the designated Killpecker Open Play Area north of Rock Springs. Motorized access is limited to the authorized riding area; surrounding conservation lands and wilderness study areas have different restrictions. Approach via Tri-Territory Road and follow BLM signs and maps. Required safety flags and Wyoming OHV registration apply. Bring water, prepare for changing sand conditions, and check current access rules before travelling.
