Long Beach - Bolstad Beach Access
Bolstad Avenue West beach approach, Long Beach, WA 98631
About this trail
Bolstad Avenue provides a signed beach approach from downtown Long Beach to the Pacific shore. This is a beach-driving access point, not a marked off-road trail or permission to drive the entire peninsula. State Parks prohibits ATVs and UTVs on the beach; use an authorized road vehicle and obey local signs. The beach south of Bolstad toward the Seaview access is closed to motor vehicles from April 15 through the day following Labor Day. Other protected sections have separate closures. Stay on permitted hard-packed sand, give pedestrians priority and keep below the posted limit, which cannot exceed 25 mph. Check tide and weather conditions before entering and stay clear of dunes, surf and soft sand. The pin identifies the Bolstad approach area. The original gallery image is an old annotated map retained for context, not a current navigation or access map.
